After two successful seasons featuring the Bundesliga's Relegation Rollercoaster and Ruhr Valley – The Heart of German Football, the Bundesliga Original Series will be back for its third season. This time, we'll engage with players who want to fulfill their big dream of playing in the World Cup, joining them on their journey through the Bundesliga season. Look forward to exciting stories told in multiple episodes as the Original Series aims to captivate Bundesliga fans beyond the live matches, keeping them engaged with your platforms.
The Bundesliga took another evolutionary step with the introduction of “Bundesliga In-Match Analysis” which further optimises the visualisation of statistics in live broadcasts. Automatically generated video clips triggered by data and stats and enhanced with graphics and/or augmented elements will enrich selected Bundesliga broadcasts in the 2025/26 season.
The Bundesliga has expanded its live production to offer fans even more perspectives and deeper access to the action, both on and off the pitch. For selected tentpole matches, coverage goes further with extended pre- and post-match segments, including bus cam footage, additional pre-match interviews, on-pitch interviews right after the final whistle and many more.
Since this season, broadcasters have the opportunity to request short tune-in statements from players ahead of a matchday. Broadcasters can submit a brief statement, which will be recorded by a player from a specific club to promote the broadcast of the game on their channel. The statements are then uploaded to the Social Media Matchday Feed (Greenfly) in dedicated galleries.
